Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial
Every new workspace gets a 14-day free trial with no card required. If you don't subscribe, you owe nothing.
2. Subscriptions and cancellation
- Paid plans are billed in advance through Razorpay for each billing cycle.
- You can cancel at any time — from the app's subscription settings or by emailing help@sevasangam.in from your registered email.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle: you keep access until then, and you are not charged again.
- We do not give partial or pro-rata refunds for time left in a cycle after you cancel.
3. When we do refund
We refund in full, to the original payment method, within 5–7 business days of confirming any of the following:
- a duplicate charge for the same billing period;
- a billing error on our side (wrong plan or wrong amount charged);
- a charge made after you had already cancelled.
Write to help@sevasangam.in with the payment reference; Razorpay's processing timelines apply on top of ours.
4. Payments your customers make to you
UPI payments from your customers go directly to the UPI ID your business configures — SevaSangam never holds that money. Refunds of amounts your customers paid you are entirely between you and your customer; this policy covers only the subscription fees you pay us.
