Terms of Service

Effective 3 July 2026

SevaSangam ("the Service") is operated by Partwigo Labs ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

1. What the Service is

SevaSangam is business-management software for service businesses: capturing leads, sending quotes, scheduling jobs, generating GST invoices, recording payments, preparing GST return data, and messaging customers. It is a tool that works on the information you enter — it is not an accounting firm, tax advisor, law firm, bank, or payment system.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and using the Service for business purposes.
  • Sign-in is via mobile OTP or email and password. Keep your credentials and device secure — actions taken from your account are treated as yours.
  • You are responsible for the people you add to your workspace (managers, technicians) and what they do in it.

3. Trial, fees and billing

  • New workspaces get a 14-day free trial. No card is needed for the trial.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Razorpay. Prices are shown on our pricing page; applicable taxes (e.g. GST) are added where required.
  • We may change plan prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
  • Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Payments between you and your customers

UPI payments made by your customers using the QR codes and payment links the Service generates go directly to the UPI ID you configure. We are not a party to those payments, do not hold or route those funds, and charge no fee on them. Disputes or refunds relating to money your customers pay you are strictly between you and your customer.

5. Your data and your customers' data

  • Records you store in the Service (customers, jobs, invoices, payments) are yours. We process them only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You are responsible for having a lawful basis (such as consent) to store your customers' personal data and to message them.
  • You can export your data; on account closure we delete it as set out in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, fraudulent or infringing use.
  • No spam. Messages sent through WhatsApp, SMS or email tools must comply with applicable rules, including Meta's WhatsApp policies and India's TRAI/DLT regulations for commercial messaging.
  • No attempting to breach, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the Service, and no reselling it without our written agreement.

7. Tax and compliance disclaimer

The Service prepares documents (invoices, GST summaries, payroll figures) from the data you enter. We do not provide tax, legal or accounting advice, and we do not file returns for you. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of your filings and for your statutory obligations (GST, PF/ESI, labour laws and others). Verify outputs with your chartered accountant.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and safe but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may improve, change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the Service entirely we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software and design, belongs to us and our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your subscription is active. Your data remains yours; you grant us only the licence needed to operate the Service on it.

10. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law — where practical, we will warn you first. Sections that by nature survive (fees owed, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) survive termination.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) the Service is provided "as is"; (b) we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or loss of profits, revenue or data; and (c) our total aggregate liability for claims connected with the Service is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your data, your use of the Service in breach of these terms, or your violation of law — including messaging-compliance and data-protection claims brought by your customers.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law giving you rights elsewhere.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you in the app or by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
